Alison specialises in all aspects of Family Law for married couples, co-habitees and same sex partners. She has a wealth of experience advising on financial settlements, including the complicated area of pensions. Alison also advises on issues relating to children, including contact and residence, parental responsibility and change of name.
As a Family Mediator, Alison is also able to offer mediation services to couples seeking to achieve a settlement without resorting to the courts.
Alison serves clients living in the UK and abroad and acts for a considerable number of Armed Forces Personnel.
