If you are facing a dispute, our role is to resolve that situation as quickly and inexpensively as possible and to the best outcome for you. Therefore, despite our exceptional court success rate, having your best interests in mind means we won't recommend litigation as a matter of course.

Whatever you're facing, there are alternative means of resolving disputes that can often be quicker and more effective - mediation being one of the preferred options. Courts also realise this and sometimes even impose penalties on those who refuse to mediate without good reason.
