We can also help you prepare Home Information Packs (HIPs) when they become compulsory from August 2007. This new system makes the seller liable for gathering much of the information required for a property transaction. To ensure the best arrangements can be made for a swift sale, it is important to contact us before putting your property on the market. HIPs prepared by us are under your control at all times and are freely transferable - even if you change selling agents. This is not always the case if they are prepared by an estate agent.
