Andrew Bryan

Andrew has a detailed and diverse knowledge of employment law. He heads up the employment law department. He advises individuals on employment rights and conducts breach of contract claims, unfair dismissal claims, and discrimination claims including those against household names and the Government. For business clients he undertakes all aspects of drafting contracts and policies, advises on restructuring, and successfully defends claims before the Employment Tribunals.

Andrew has worked for a number of individuals on trust claims arising from joint ownership of property and wills. Andrew has a particular interest in disputes arising from Wills, Probate and financial provision from estates. He has conducted claims relating to property for sums in excess of £1million in the Chancery division of the High Court.

Andrew also undertakes personal injury work for a wide range of clients. He has obtained substantial damages awards in excess of £1million. He has a particular interest in claims against the Police and unlawful detention.
