13 brave members of the Churchers team embarked on the ten mile Great South Run through Southsea, raising a total of £1,983 for Naomi House and Jacksplace hospices.
The team were joined by friends, family and staff from Churchers, who cheered on runners from outside our decorated Portsmouth office. They were on hand with sweets and plenty of cheers and motivation for the runners. They were even joined by one of the team’s four-legged friends, Indie.
Naomi House and Jacksplace is a charity which provides care to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and support to their families in the South Coast and surrounding area.
Managing Partner Andrew Bryan said: “Naomi House and Jacksplace hospices are a local charity supporting families and children who are in need. The care they provide is incredible and we are very proud to support such an amazing charity.
“We managed to secure a big team of runners together this year and they’ve raised nearly two thousand pounds, which is a huge achievement.”
