Daniel has over 25 years of experience working in dispute resolution. Daniel also has experience in Employment and HR . His expertise includes advising on potential employment liabilities, information and consultation obligations, and providing best value guidance. He also reviews and advising employees in relation to Settlement Agreements for the termination of employment.
