Daniel has a wide range of experience in resolving disputes both for businesses and individuals, and his practice spans a range of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters where he has represented clients. Daniel has over 25 years of experience working in dispute resolution. Daniel also has experience in Employment and HR . His expertise includes advising on potential employment liabilities, information and consultation obligations, and providing best value guidance. He also reviews and advising employees in relation to Settlement Agreements for the termination of employment.
