Tanya has a wealth of experience in all aspects of private family law including complex divorce finances, children, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act following cohabitation breakdowns. 

Her matters often have a cross-jurisdictional element, from international businesses to court applications by one parent to remove children to live with them overseas.
