Beverley has specialised in family law for over 25 years, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2000. She is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator (Family Law) and an experienced advocate. She specialises in all aspects of private family law and, in particular, financial issues arising from separation or divorce, as well as child arrangement matters involving domestic abuse.

Beverley, who is also a trained mediator, is passionate about family law and takes a holistic approach, always putting her clients’ needs at the forefront of everything she does. Her aim is to build strong working relationships with both clients and the other party in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. She settles the vast majority of her cases outside of court through negotiation or other non-court dispute resolution methods.

Where cases do proceed to court, Beverley is a determined and experienced litigator. She has extensive experience representing victims of domestic abuse, including child arrangement cases involving allegations of serious domestic abuse.

Beverley is a member of Resolution, the leading association of family lawyers in England.

Her work is supervised by partners in the Family and Child Law team.
