If you are charged with an offence we will assess your eligibility for legal aid and arrange representation by one of our team at court. We will proactively seek information about the case against you and give you robust advice as the strength of the evidence, the law as it applies to your case and what defences may be available to you.

If you are not eligible for legal aid we will tell you our fees for representation, so that there are no hidden costs. Our fees are competitively priced and reflect the high level of expertise we offer.

We offer appointments in person at our offices or remotely using Teams or telephone, depending on your preference and convenience.

Our team have vast experience dealing with youths who find themselves in the criminal justice system, we have experience looking after youths who are the victims of modern slavery.

We routinely represent people who are vulnerable for a whole range of reasons and we pride ourselves on taking the time to listen sympathetically.

Where it is needed we will instruct an expert to advise on your case, we have access to a very experienced range of experts that we work with.

If your case is sent to the Crown Court then we will instruct either one of our experienced Higher Rights Advocates or an independent barrister, or Queens Counsel for more serious matters. The barristers we work with are experts in their field and we have worked closely with them for many years.

We have experience representing services personnel who find themselves subject to investigation or Court Martial.

We provide advice on appeals, whether that be against conviction or sentence and can also review cases when you are unhappy with a previous solicitors advice or the outcome.
