Amanda has acted for a family member of a rock star, the case involved complex trusts and complex issues relating to land ownership under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act.
Amanda has successfully acted for client’s who have been battling to see their children and having to prepare for ‘fact finding’ hearings and defending allegations of abuse in children act proceedings.
Amanda is an expert when it comes to overcoming the complexities of a divorce to reach a financial settlement. She also advises on all children matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including residence and contact disputes, disputes in relation to relocation of children whether in this country or abroad.
