Ellie is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Team and qualified in July 2024 via the SQE route. Ellie specialises in contentious probate matters, including will validity and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims; Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) matters; residential landlord and tenant matters, including possession claims; contract disputes, including Consumer Rights Act matters; boundary disputes; and advising on property titles, in addition to commercial and individual debt recovery matters.

Ellie is also a committee member of the South Hampshire Junior Lawyers Division, where she serves as Events Representative.
