Emily qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024, having obtained a First-Class LLB degree from the University of Surrey in 2021 and a Master’s degree from the University of Law in August 2022.

Emily deals with a wide range of contentious matters but specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence claims, as well as landlord and tenant matters, including possession proceedings, debt recovery, and general property disputes.

During her studies, Emily volunteered as a fully trained Case Advisor through the National Advice Line at Citizens Advice. She continues this work by assisting clients on a pro bono basis with Citizens Advice Fareham.

Emily was drawn to Churchers due to the firm’s strong reputation on the South Coast and the wide range of legal services it provides.

Emily’s work will be supervised by senior colleagues within the team, as well as by our training partner.
