Emily obtained a First class LLB degree at the University of Surrey in 2021, completing her studies at the University of Law in August 2022. Emily qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024 and specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery and property disputes

Emily has previously also volunteered at Citizens Advice as a fully trained case adviser advising through the National advice line, Emily really enjoyed this time helping vulnerable individuals.  Emily was also a Student Ambassador for The Lawyer Portal assisting fellow students with their career paths.

Emily was drawn to Churchers due to their strong reputation in the South Coast area and the range of legal services they provide.

Emily’s work will be supervised by senior colleagues within the team, as well as our training partner.
