Churchers were very happy to welcome Josh in 2026, where he joined our busy Residential Conveyancing team. Josh qualified as a solicitor in 2020, and during his time has built up a vast range of knowledge and an array of contacts within the industry. Josh is able to assist in all aspects when it comes to buying and selling properties, as well as advising in relation to land law generally. Josh is also one of the few solicitors on the Isle of Wight who can deal with equity release matters.

Josh obtained his law degree from Portsmouth University before attending the University of Law in Guilford, where he completed the Legal Practice Course.
