Wills and Probate team
Lisa joined the firm in 2003, starting out as an office junior before becoming a trainee secretary, and later taking on a full-time secretary position in 2008 within the Private Client Department. After many years in that department, she progressed to a Legal Assistant role within the Court of Protection team, assisting clients with applications for deputyship on behalf of individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own affairs.
She also helps manage the day-to-day affairs of clients for whom the firm is appointed as professional Attorneys and Deputies. Although her main focus is on work within the Court of Protection team, she continues to assist the Private Client Department and is experienced in a wide range of matters, including Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as with her cheeky little Dachshund, Dash, who is just over a year old.
