Lucy is a Solicitor in the Wills and Probate team, based at our Ryde office.  Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in 1999, after her Law Degree at the University of Hull and Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law.  Lucy previously worked in Hampshire and West Sussex firms before returning to her ‘Island roots’ a few years ago and joining Churchers in 2025. 

Lucy loves the variety that Private Client work brings and excels in creating lasting connections with clients and work referrers.  Lucy is known for her no-nonsense and refreshing approach to explaining difficult matters to clients and engaging with them in the most stressful and upsetting circumstances.  Lucy is genuinely committed to providing top quality legal advice, ensuring clients are well protected and have everything they need in their ‘legal locker’.

Lucy is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
