Criminal Defence
Mark qualified as a barrister in 1988 and practised in chambers for over 10 years, covering a wide variety of criminal cases at all levels in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. Since 1999 he has practised as a solicitor, joining the police station and court duty schemes while continuing to represent clients as a Higher Court Advocate, including conducting jury trials regarding allegations of serious violence, sexual assault and supplying drugs.
He is a member of the Inner Temple and Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor scheme.

Mark is supervised by the Head of the Crime team.
