Faye qualified as a solicitor in 2013, joined Churchers in 2014 and was appointed Partner in 2018. Faye deals with the full spectrum of Private Client and Wealth Management matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts and complex estates, providing a friendly service underpinned by strong technical knowledge.  Faye is also regularly appointed as an independent administrator in matters where the working relationship between executors has broken down, along with being a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

Faye has delivered guest lectures at Portsmouth University and, in her role of Training Partner within Churchers, she is heavily involved in the recruitment and support of the next generation of lawyers she also enjoys working with charities and local groups to provide friendly and accessible information in community settings.
