Maxwell studied law at Surrey University, graduating in 2009. His next study path took him to the Legal Practice Course at College of Law in Guildford, graduating in 2011. Once graduated Maxwell took up an ‘in-house’ role at a Property Management Company, advising senior management and property managers on the set up of residential and commercial sites they were managing, as well as undertaking tribunal litigation, specifically in relation to service charge disputes.

Maxwell then took up a training contract with a local solicitor practice, qualifying in 2017, where he continued primarily dealing with commercial property transactions, complex residential matters, lease extensions and equity release.

Maxwell’s work is supervised by senior members of the team.
