Maxwell studied law at Surrey University, graduating in 2009. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford, graduating in 2011. Maxwell then took up an in-house role at a property management company, advising senior management and property managers on the set-up of residential and commercial sites under their management, as well as undertaking tribunal litigation, particularly in relation to service charge disputes.

Maxwell secured a training contract with a local solicitor practice and qualified in 2017. He joined Churchers in 2019. He specialises in residential lease extensions and enfranchisement, but also deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions.

Maxwell’s work is supervised by senior members of the team.
