Hannah is a highly qualified and experienced Partner and solicitor specialising in all aspects of Will writing, Probate and Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work. She enjoys advising families on how best to structure their finances to help preserve their assets for future generations. Her particular interest is in supporting people with a disability or diagnosis, to access legal advice and support whenever possible. She is also a specialist mental capacity solicitor.
Hannah is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and an affiliate member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA). Hannah is also a Dementia Champion and an Autism Ambassador.
Hannah joined firm in 2022, having practised locally for nearly 20 years.
