Rachel has worked in criminal law since 2003, initially assisting counsel in the Crown Court. Within her first couple of years of working she was very excited to have gained a scholarship for the College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009.

Rachel has since worked for firms in the Brighton, Worthing and Crawley area where she specialised in all areas of criminal law as well as advising and assisting at the police station, joining the criminal defence team at Churchers in 2018.

Rachel’s work is supervised by senior members of the department.

Rachel loves reading and creative writing, along with a great love for history, especially Shakespeare. Rachel also enjoys skiing and keeping fit and last but not least, spending time with her cute dog.
