Millie studied Law at the University of Southampton before graduating in 2024. During her time at university, she worked as a Student Caseworker at the Southampton Law School Death Penalty Case Clinic, where she assisted in preparing mitigation cases for capital punishment trials. Additionally, she frequently authored articles for a legal aid charity.

After graduating, Millie worked as a commercial and residential conveyancing paralegal before joining Churchers in June 2025. She was originally drawn to Churchers due to our wide range of legal practice areas, and because of our strong reputation throughout the South Coast. She is currently undertaking her Solicitors Apprenticeship and hopes to qualify as a solicitor in April 2027.

At present, Millie is undertaking her seat in our childcare department, where she assists the team on a range of child law matters, including care proceedings and Public Law Outline cases.

In her spare time, Millie enjoys creative outlets such as painting and crochet, as well as reading and spending time with her loved ones, including her dog, Mabel.
