Alex qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined Churchers in March 2026 having worked as a specialist family law Solicitor for over 10 years.

Alex has extensive experience in all aspects of private family law including divorce and separation, financial remedy, child arrangements, injunction proceedings and applications under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act with particular expertise in complex financial matters and Children Act proceedings.

Alex maintains positive relationships with clients and provides clear, considered and pragmatic advice. Where possible Alex provides advice and support in respect of Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR), making referrals where appropriate to assist clients with resolving matters outside of Court in a constructive and amicable manner. Alex is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

If Court proceedings are required Alex regularly provides representation at hearings in the Family Court, advocating on behalf of clients and conducting extensive and detailed negotiations. Alex’s experience in advocacy assists in providing clients with sensible and practical advice including strategic case planning and realistic advice with regard to outcomes.
