Andrew joined the firm in 1993 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. He has a detailed and diverse knowledge of employment law, he leads and supervises the Employment Law Department at Churchers.

Andrew has extensive experience on employment matters and disputes, including unfair dismissal and discrimination cases. Andrew is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitors. He has expertise in dealings with claims against Estates, such as Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act claims, challenges to the validity of wills and claims against trustees for maladministration.

He advises on claims relating to the joint ownership of property. Andrew has conducted claims relating to property for sums in excess of £1million in the Chancery Division of the High Court.
