Karen joined the firm as a trainee in 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Karen qualified into the corporate/commercial departments and worked within this field for 2 years, she then made a permanent move into property department in 2011 and was instrumental in the growth of the property department in the firm’s Isle of Wight office following its opening at this time.

Specialisation in New Build Transactions

Since 2014, Karen has specialised in New Build transactions working with a number of local and national house builders. Karen has a sound understanding of the help-to-buy scheme, including redeeming and staircasing and since 2016 Karens heads up the new build team. She specialices in all aspects of buying and selling properties, including new build property transactions, shared ownership and help-to-buy.
