Lucy Linington

Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate

Criminal Defence

Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and as a duty solicitor in 2010. She has extensive experience in all areas of criminal law and represents clients from police station through the Magistrates and Youth Court to the Crown Court, having qualified as a Higher Court Advocate, a qualification only some solicitors have obtained.

In addition, Lucy also represents bereaved families at Inquests where the circumstances of their family member’s death needs to be investigated.

Her work is supervised by senior members of the team.

And in her spare time

Lucy loves all kinds of sport and is a proud season ticket holder at Fratton Park. She loves skiing and open water swimming which she does all year round. Lucy is also a trustee of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
