Melissa qualified in 2014 but has been working in the commercial property sector since graduating in 2007. Melissa has extensive experience in property acquisitions and disposals; Landlord and Tenant matters including reviewing and reporting on title and negotiating and agreeing leasehold documentation.  Melissa currently works with a number of local landlords and tenants as well as with a national retailer on their property portfolio. This began as lease renewal instructions but Melissa is now assisting them on their new lease acquisitions as they expand their footprint in the UK High Street.

Her work is supervised by Nicholas Eve.

Out of the office Melissa has her hands full raising a pre-teen and a teenager. To escape and grab a few moments for herself Melissa enjoys yoga, reading and long walks (usually in the woods or around any historical building she can find!)
